My penchant for writing gradually became a habit of mine which continued even after coming to America. In the two most widely read Gujarati magazines in America and very popular among Gujarati families "Gujarat Darpan" and "Tiranga" two columns named " લીલા શ્વાસને સરનામે” and “મૉનોગ્રાફ" respectively continued to be published which were received as favourite columns by the readers.
My professional writing career started in 1990. "ભીતર ભીનું આકાશ" column was published for many years in "Gujarat Today" daily from 1994 in Ahmedabad and the stories printed in this column were published as a book titled "ભીતર ભીનું આકાશ" in 1997. Human emotions and love relationships have been my favorite subject and have been the central theme of my creative literature. Stories based on romantic relationships and also characters. And love to write a biographical essay.

Served as Publicity Officer and "PRO" for many years in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in India as well as Director of Sanskar Kendra (Museum). I have been living in America for the last 15 years.
