Chetna H. Oza is a multifaceted individual known for her talents as an actor, folk dancer, essay writer, drama director, and poet. She currently serves as the Principal of Sheth Gopalji Hemraj High School & Jr. College of Commerce & Science.
Chetna holds a B.Sc. degree with a specialization in Mathematics and an M.A. in literature. She has also earned an M.Phil. in Gujarati language and literature, during which she worked on projects such as "Saroj Pathak Ane Krushna Sobatinu Sarjak Karm Ek Abhyas," "મન નામે મહાસાગર," and "મમત્રો મરજાની." Her work received high praise from Dr. Pundlik Pawar, Professor & H.O.D. of the Department of Gujarati.
As an educator, Chetna has prepared students for various co-curricular activities and competitions, including elocution, mono acting, folk dance, essay writing, skits, drama direction, poetry writing, and recitation. Her dedication and efforts have been recognized with the Best Teacher award by Swami Prem Puriji Ashram & Pushpa Maa Foundation.
Chetna has also presented a paper on notable personalities such as Zaverchand Meghani, Kanhaiyalal Munshi, and Joravar Sinh Jadhav at Mumbai University. Her commitment to social causes is evident through her initiation of the 'Mummy project' aimed at supporting academically weak students, which has yielded progressive results and received attention from the leading Gujarati magazine, Chitralekha.
Furthermore, Chetna has received appreciation from Mr. Amitabh Bachchan for her involvement in the Maha Swatchata Abhiyan (Great Cleanliness Campaign). Her passion for various art forms, dedication to education, and commitment to social initiatives make her a respected and influential figure in her field.
