Nikunjbhai Manubhai Desai is Managing Trustee and Founder of Ramkrishna Samvedna Trust, Sitapur, Ta-Vansda, Dist-Navsari, Gujarat. He has done his BA with Economics in 1981 from South Gujarat University.

During initial few years he did his own Business at Mumbai. He was inspired by the thoughts and teachings of Ramkrishna Mission and that’s why he devoted his entire life for the upliftment of the downtrodden people of South Gujarat. To serve the needy poor Community In accordance with his spiritual inspiration he joined an NGO- SEWA Rural, Jhagadia which is very unique NGO with  international repute forits selfless service to the community.

He served there for about 15 years in the capacity of Purchase Officer and Core Committee member. Then he moved to Valsad and contributed to the activities and project by Valsad Rakadan Kendra under auspices of Mother NGO for almost 10 years in the vicinity of tribal areas of Vansda and nearby areas of South Gujarat. Currently under his able leadership the trust is working in the field of Education and Health particularly Awareness generation, De-Addiction, Women health, Employment generation,Educational and Vocational training, conducting eye and Dental camps etc. He isalso serving as a Trustee in Shubham Netraseva Trust, Sitapur.

Dr. Ami Yagnik is practicing general surgeon in Surat since last 35 years. She is visiting Consulting General surgeon at multiple hospitals in Surat.

She has closed her private hospital since June 2015 as she wanted to devote her time for betterment of society. She is past chairperson of ladies Wing of SGCCI and Bhatar Ghoddod Doctor’s Club.

She’s a life member of Adolescent Health Academy, Film Society of Surat, Surat Consultant Association, Indian Medical Association and Surgeon’s Society of India.  She also shares her knowledge and experience as volunteer of organisation such as Parenting for Peace and Green The Red  Her presentare as of Interest : Creating awareness in society about Adolescent Health,Parenting, Solid waste management, empowerment etc. by conducting seminars and workshops in schools, colleges, social organizations etc. She has conducted more than 100 such programs in Surat and tribal belt of South Gujarat. She also provides surgical medical treatment to needy underprivileged people through free Surgical Camps.
