Gopali Hitesh Buch is a Poet, writer, anchorand a translator. Born in 1967, she currently stays in Ahmedabad. She has doneher graduation in Arts with English. In addition, she has completed D.N.H.E, acourse in journalism and professional creative writing. She has worked as aco-editor in magazines like ‘Asmita Gurjari’ and ‘Gujarat Message daily’. Shehas also worked as a translator in Mumbai Samachar daily.
Shehas worked in an honorary capacity ‘Hello Sakhiri’ e magazine, Swarsetu Newsdigest, has assisted in editing the book “Kalam’ issue 8th and forGujarat Times USA.
Sheis a columnist for Matrubharti app, ‘Hu Gujarati’ e magazine, Hello Sakhiri’.She has conducted ‘Social justice’ serial of Doordarshan in 2013. She has takeninterviews of more than eighty literary scholars under GTPL ‘Spandan’ between2015-17)
Shehas conducted many sessions of poetry recital. In addition, she has comperedmany commercial shows. Specially Udgam Women Achievers award (2021).
Shewas awarded ‘Sarasvati Shabd Sur’ by Lay Pralay institute towards contributionin literature field. Matrubharti institute bestowed her with the title“Gujarati Pride’. She has participated in the workshops of lady poets under‘Jui melo’ group at various places.
Sherecited Gujarati and Hindi poetry at Kathmandu University Nepal in the secondInternational Literary Festival. In addition, she presented research paper inHindi. She represented Gujarat in all language poet workshop. Same way, sherecited poetry in Hindi and English during the Third International Literaryfestival arranged by Shantiniketan Institute.
Shehas recited poetry in various teaching and literary academies, given speeches.In addition, she has done discussions and given a special Radio Talk in 2019.
Shewas invited as one of the creators by none other than Respected Shri MorariBapu, when he arranged the creative writer’s conference at Uttarkashi. She wasawarded with Udgam Women Achievement Award. She has recited poetry in LiteraryAcademy of North America in 2021. In 2022, she was felicitated jointly byGujarat Arts and Commerce College, Gujarat Sahitya Academy and Vishva BhartiInstitute, for her contribution in the field of Literature.
Shehas recited poetry in Tulsi-Khushro Sahitya Sangam, an international platform.
Shealso participated in the day long poetry recitation, on the occasion of 75thIndependence day celebrations, arranged by All India Teachers Federation,Broker Chair- Saurashtra University and Gujarat Sahitya Academy. Her writings have been published in variousmagazines and dailies.
She was an invited poet at a Poet’s meetarranged by Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), under aegis ofMinistry of External Affairs. Her poetry recitals have been telecast by DD.AIR, Zee 24, GSTV, GTPL, Divya Bhaskar Website, Jalso App, Gazal Page, VishvaBharti Institute, e Jui Melo, and other digital platforms.
