Have organised programs on the law and corresponding issues related to Sexual Harassment at the Workplace and have also facilitated programmes for enhancing the potential of women professionals. Am associated with the GESIA Committee for the law related to Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013).
